Business Law

Mr. DiNucci represents businesses in complicated business and contract disputes. His clients have included banks, charities, condominium developers, finance companies, general contractors, subcontractors and IT contractors.

Trusts and Estates

Mr. DiNucci handles complicated estate and trust matters for beneficiaries of wills and trusts, including challenges to wills and trusts and lawsuits against executors and trustees for breach of fiduciary duty.

Fiduciary Law

Mr. DiNucci represents persons who have been appointed as trustees or agents for others, including trustees and agents under powers-of-attorney.

Guardianship and Conservatorship Law

Mr. DiNucci represents persons seeking or opposing appointment of guardians and conservators for their loved ones. In addition, Mr. DiNucci serves as a court-appointed guardian ad litem in such cases.

Personal Injury Law

Mr. DiNucci represents both plaintiffs and defendants in serious personal injury cases. He represents victims of car accidents and medical malpractice as well as businesses sued for injuries resulting from the businesses’ products or services.

White Collar Criminal Law

Mr. DiNucci represents persons, such as bookkeepers and business managers, accused of such “white collar” crimes as embezzlement.
