Mr. DiNucci is a sole practitioner with over 36 years of extensive experience in litigating complicated civil cases in a wide range of areas for a diverse set of clients.
He also has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating contracts, including business sale agreements, commercial leases and employment agreements.
His clients have included individuals, small businesses and publicly-traded companies. He has represented attorneys, attorneys-in-fact, banks, charities, finance companies, general contractors and subcontractors, hotels, insurance companies, IT contractors, physicians, psychologists, real estate settlement agencies, restaurants, trustees, and victims of negligence.
Mr. DiNucci has practiced law with small, medium-sized and large law firms and has litigated a broad range of cases in many jurisdictions in the United States. His practice is concentrated in the District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia, but he is also licensed to practice law in New York and litigates cases in other jurisdictions with the assistance of local counsel.
Mr. DiNucci has successfully litigated many cases against larger law firms during his long career as a sole practitioner.
